The source of River Yamuna, Yamunotri is also one of the four sites of the Char Dham pilgrimage. Yamunotri is located at a height of 3293 m above the sea level and located in the Uttarakashi district. It is surrounded by mountains on all the sides and lies in the close proximity of the Indo-China border.

The 4 nights and five days Ek Dham Yatra (Yamunotri) tour package has been customized to let you pay respect in the feet of river goddess as well as exploring attractions associated with it.

Itinerary Details

Day 1 – Delhi – Haridwar

As soon as you reach the Delhi railway station, board the train for Haridwar, the gateway of Ek Dham Yatra. The journey will take approximately 6 hrs to reach Haridwar. On arrival, partake in the Ganga aarti in the evening. Later, our tour representative will escort you to your hotel. Once you check-in, you will be briefed about the yatra. Dinner and overnight stay is at Haridwar.

Day 2 – Haridwar – Chami, Nauganv

After breakfast, hit the road to Chami via Mussoorie. Chami is around 160 km from Haridwar and takes approximately around 7 hrs to reach. On the way, you get to visit the Kempty falls. Dinner overnight stay is planned at Chami.

Day 3 – Chami – Jankichatti – Yamunotri – Jankichatti – Chami

After breakfast, head straight to Yamunotri. There is the thermal water spring called Surya Kund where pilgrims are allowed cook rice and take back to home as Prasad. One can offer prayers to the Divya Shila, positioned outside the temple, followed by the overnight stay at Chami.

Day 4 – Chami – Haridwar

Post breakfast, move back to the Haridwar for the overnight stay.

Day 5 – Haridwar – Delhi

After the early morning breakfast, drive to Delhi for your further journey. On the way, halt for lunch and drop at Delhi.
