Chittaranjan Park Kali Mandir (Chittaranjan Park Kali Bari) is a temple complex and Bengali community cultural center inChittaranjan Park in New Delhi, India. Built on a small hill, it started as a Shiv temple in 1973, which still stands within the complex, the larger shrines dedicated to goddess Kali, Shiva, and Radhakrishna were added in 1984. Over the years it has remained an important centre of convergence of local Bengali community during annual Durga Puja festivities.
The temple also hosted its first Durga Puja in 1977, a tradition that continues to date.

It was founded in 1973, on land designated by the nascent EPDP colony, and a small temple to Shiva was consecrated on small hill at the edge of the colony. The tradition ofDurga Puja started in 1977. Expansion of the devotee base enabled the construction of an imposing Kali temple in February 1984 in Bengal terracotta temple architecture. This was followed by two temples, one for Shiva and the other for Radha-Krishna. The temples was overlaid with elaborate terracotta designs around 2006-09.
The Kali Mandir is a hub of bengali activity owing to the high density of bengalis residing in Chittaranjan Park. Managed by the Chittaranjan Park Kali Mandir Society, it organizes a number of cultural and religious events throughout the year.

Rituals: Regardless of any particular, this shrine is an emblem of great fidelity. The religious offering of fresh flowers, particularly Bengal- specific flowers, is the remarkable trend followed there while carrying on religious rituals and performing rites. ‘Sandhi pooja’seems unaccomplished and incomplete without offerings ‘Blue Lotus’ for which advance booking is made to the owner of all ponds in Bengal.
Small altars: Apart from the main shrine dedicated to goddess Kali, few small shrines have been structured for enshrining other deities as lord Shiva and RadhaKrishna since 1984.
Library: The most fascinating feature of this shrine is its library which is a window from where anyone can peep in the customs, culture, tradition and Bengali civilization.
By Road: The temple present in Chittaranjan Park. Delhi is well connected, by a network of roads and national highways, with all the major cities in India. The three major bus stands in Delhi are Inter State Bus Terminus (ISBT) at Kashmiri Gate, Sarai Kale-Khan Bus Terminus and Anand Vihar Bus Terminus. Both the government and private transport providers provide frequent bus services. One can also get government as well as private taxis here.

By Air: The Temple can be reached through nearest Indira Gandhi International Airport which is well connected with regular domestic flights.
This temple Opening & Closing times is 4.45 AM and 10.00 PM. During this period major part of the Goddess Durga rituals are performed. Archana, Aarti and Abhisekham are the daily pujas performed.
The Chittaranjan Park Kali Mandir celebrates many festivals and organises many pujas all through the year. These pujas and festivals are attended by many people who enthusiastically take part in them. The most famous and celebrated festival of the temple is the five day festival of Durga Puja. It is one of the most popular festivals in Delhi and attracts a huge crowd. The puja is celebrated on a grand scale is observed with great devotion. Beautiful flowers are offered to Godess Durga every day. Entire ponds from Bengal are booked well in advance for the blue lotus that needs to be offered to the deity during sandhi puja. Apart from this many other religious pujas are held here like Kali Puja, Lakshmi Puja, Saraswati Puja, Ganesh Chaturthi and others. There is also a small atelier where artists create the earthen idols of Durga and other goddesses.
Chittaranjan Park Kali Mandir also houses a large library that stores a vast collection of books pertaining to various aspects of Bengali culture. Here Bengali language classes are also conducted for people interested to learn the language. A number of cultural programmes and competitions are organized for children. A guest house is also available here that is managed by the temple authorities. The Kali Mandir is now a hub of Bengali activity as there are several Bengalis residing in the Chittaranjan Park.
