The Mukkolakkal Bhagavathy temple is positioned in Sreevaraham, Thiruvananthapuram district in the state of Kerala, India. The temple is situated on the south of the famous Sreevaraham Lakshmi Varaha temple. This temple is dedicated to Goddess Parvathi.

The history says that, when a few children were playing, one of them fell on a sedimentary rock. Suddenly, the rock started bleeding. Astrological observations confirmed the presence of divine power in the stone and a temple was raised here.
The temple is open for devotees from 4.45 AM to 10.35 PM and from 5 PM to 8 PM.
The major festival celebrated in this temple is Ooruttu Mahotsavam. The festival is celebrated in the month of March annually. Other festivals celebrated in the temple include Navarathri Aghosham, Vrishchika Mandala, Vishu and Aadi Chovva festival.
The presiding deity of the temple is a Swayambhu Panchaloha idol of Goddess Parvathi. Other deities in the temple include Lord Ganesh, Lord Nagaraja, Lord Maadan Thampuran and Goddess Yakshi Amma.
