Pandalam Mahadeva temple is positioned on the banks of river Achankovil in Pandalam in the state of Kerala, India. It is believed that Lord Parasurama has installed the idol in the sanctum.

The temple is open for devotees from 4 AM to 7.30 PM.
The 10 day annual festival, Kettukazhcha, is celebrated for Lord Shiva in the month of November. The festival begins with the Aarattu. Other festivals celebrated in the temple include Pradosham, Maha Shivarathri, Vinayaka Chathurthi, Shashti and so on.
Neyyabhishekam and Pushpanjali are the special offerings to the deity.
